Retry Language Model Endpoint

Retry building a failed language model.

Attempts to reinitialize a language model that previously failed to build. This is useful when the underlying service (e.g., OpenAI API, AWS Bedrock) was temporarily unavailable during initial startup or configuration.

The retry clears any previous error state and attempts a fresh build. If successful, the model becomes available for use immediately.

The response indicates the result:

success: true, status: ready: Model is now available
success: false, status: failed: Still failing (check error field)

Returns 404 if the language model is not configured.
